1. Why do we have more than one edition? There is no format information, are these eBook and something else?2. Were any copies shipped with the incorrect cover? This includes promotions, ARCs and such, in any format.

1 - One edition (the linked) is the e-book edition. I believe the other is the print edition.
2 - No.
Anyways, there should only be the e-book and print editions, and they should both have the correct spelling of my name (I'm not sure why one does and one does not), and they should both have the correct cover. 99% of this error comes from a simple typo, so it should be a relatively simple fix.
Merged the author profiles (corrected your name) and added details to the kindle edition. It is Amazon that has your name spelled incorrectly; you might want to contact them to fix it.Do you have an ISBN for a print edition?
I queued one edition for deletion but then another librarian stepped in and started editing. I'll back off.
Sorry David! We were both working on it at the same time. There is a kindle and a Smashwords ebook; I'm waiting to find out if there is a print before merging that third edition.
Abcdarian, I removed the "wrong" cover per Dillon's claim that no copies were shipped with the wrong cover, but now that we see Amazon has it, we may have to set an alternative cover edition. I'm supposing you are taking over this so I'm backing off.

I'm s..."Sorry, I don't have the ISBN, my publisher does. I believe it was noted on the book's page though, wasn't it? But like I said the book has not yet been pre-ordered or sold *at all*, as it is not available for sale until the 17th of March, as such complete removal of the incorrect cover shouldn't be an issue. Literally no one has or will have a copy of the incorrect cover. The print edition is print on demand, meaning it only be printed in accordance with printing orders - so again, there is not a single copy printed with the incorrect cover.
Thanks again, sorry for all the mix ups! I know it's a big pain, trust me it sucks on my end too. I'll deal with Amazon though.
Abcdarian wrote: "Maybe I'm dense here, but I don't see any error on the covers?"Look at the Amazon one. It says "of" instead of "for" and "Dillion" instead of "Dillon". See #8 above, I replaced the incorrect covers with the corrected cover supplied by the author, but since it was live on Amazon for a while we may need to add an ACE.

Alright. I'll get in touch with Amazon and get them to fix it on their end and get back to you guys.

@abcdarian @david Amazon has finally replaced the incorrect book cover and name. Now that it's all fixed, would it be possible to finally remove the incorrect name and cover from goodreads completely like I originally wanted?

Hello, the cover currently on this page and the other page for Requiem for the Setting Sun are both the wrong version. You can actually see that there is a typo and a mispelling on the cover image currently being used.
This is the correct version of the cover http://imgur.com/a/Paqc2
It has the correct title "Requiem for the Setting Sun" and the correct spelling of the author's name, "Dillon Hiles".
