Added duplicate book in error: "Brevity"

Instead of deleting it (that function is terribly backed up at the moment) I added the cover and details to make it a kindle edition. If you have the ISBN for another ebook edition or a paperback, that could be added to the other.

I can try to merge/delete the edition which has no ISBN, but as I said that function is not working right now. Will your book only appear as a kindle, or will it also be a Nook ebook or paperback for example? By edition, I just mean different formats, not a second edition per se.
