Beta reader and/or proof reader

Im an avid reader and would love to be a beta reader or proofer, but have no idea where to start.
I literally read 8-10 books per week (you should see my kindle unlimited reading list).

I read ya, scifi, fantasy, historical fiction, mystery, suspense, romance, horror, you name it.

It surprises me how many completed manuscripts ive read that have tons of grammatical errors, double-entered passages, etc. that i see.
Would love to beta read or proof for established or new/up-and-coming writers who would want someone detailed to read/proof their newest projects.
