Page count request for "By Any Means Necessary"

Hi folks! I'm reading Malcolm X's "By Any Means Necessary", ISBN 978-0-87348-754-2, and the page count here (191) doesn't match the count in my book (last page of content before the Index is 220, last numbered page is 227).

Amazon says it's 209, which also doesn't match:

I've seen some other threads mention Worldcat, so I looked there, and found that it agrees with the number here on Goodreads (191):

Aha... I just noticed that WorldCat has a "View all editions and formats", and the most recent one (Second Edition, Fifteenth Printing) lists it with 227 pages:

That's in line with what my book has on its Copyright Page:
First edition, 1970, edited by George Breitman
Second edition, 1992
Second printing, December 1992, with revised introduction
Fifteenth printing, 2014

So, perhaps all we need here is another edition on Goodreads?

Unfortunately, Goodreads does not make alternate editions for the same ISBN unless the cover has changed. However, even the smallest change is reason enough. Is your edition's cover different than the one currently on the record?

Hmm. Nope, same cover. Well that's a shame. It's gonna look pretty dumb when I get past p.191 and it reports that I'm over 100% done with the book. Or will it just mark it as "Done" when I'm not really done? I suppose I'll find out.
