Diana S What books are you reading in June?

Peggy Right now I am reading "Notes from a Small Island" by Bill Bryson. It's very funny and he does a lot of walking in the book.

Diana S I'm currently reading:

The Son by Philipp Meyer
(I'm really enjoying this book - finalist for the Pulitzer in 2014)
The Kalahari Typing School for Men by Alexander McCall Smith
(I love the characters in this series)
Edible: An Adventure into the World of Eating Insects and the Last Great Hope to Save the Planet by Daniella Martin
(Eating Insects - I don't know if they'll make it on my family's plate.)

Darrell Neily | 10 comments Diana: I enjoyed The Son. Like so many novels these days, it jumps back-and-forth in time throughout. I look forward to reading future books by this gifted young author.

Diana S Darrell, I'm discussing it tomorrow at a book club meeting. It should be a great discussion! Almost finished with the book. I love it! :) Have you read his first novel American Rust? I'm looking forward to reading it sometime this summer.
