Dee (austhokie) | 1953 comments don't normally post these things, but wanted to say Kudos and thanks to Audible CS rep Cris - who helped me to disconnect a second audible account that I had made and was linked to my Amazon one, as well as linking my 5yr audible one to amazon - relatively painless and all fixed now

Dee (austhokie) | 1953 comments psychological theory/satistifcation says that you are more often going to gripe about bad service and recall it than remember good service at a 9:1 ratio (or something like that).

plus this was just uber smooth - I was expecting it to take forever and it was done in about 15min via chat
