This situation, where the ISBN is visible on the cover and contradicts the record's ISBN can allow us to make the edit to correct it. I was hoping for further confirmation from Steve, however, before proceeding.
As far as I understand, Steve can't answer as he has the 1973 edition at hand. I am suggesting we change the cover for the 1971 edition based on AbeBooks version, and then refrain from adding the 1973 edition if it has the exact same cover as the 1971 one.

Ok, that sounds fine. Remember to comment the change with the exact reason for removal (I.e. Visible ISBN contradicting record ISBN). :)
