Trying to find a romance book about a divorced mom. Her ex cheated on her with a nurse. They have 2 kids that hate her at the beginning of the book. The ex moves to the New England area and takes the kids with him. Mom follows and buys a famous expensive modern house on the coast. Hot firefighter lives across the road with his kids. His family owns a cannery or fishing business and is rich. I can remember at the beginning the mom has a yard sale to benefit a kids boxing program at the local gym, where the hot firefighter boxes. Help!
