AutreMoi (candlehome) | 867 comments “I will, don’t worry about me. Better watch your step!” She answered with a half smile to ease him.

She blushed a little, but it was hidden under the dim lights of the elevator. She was happy that Tevi showed concern about her. It was a good step towards reconciliation. She helped Tevi as she could to get down the stairs safely, before carefully exiting the elevator after him.

“Are you two alright?” asked the man who helped them out. He was part of the school’s maintenance staff. In fact, there were two of them out here, the other one trying to figure out what went wrong with the elevator. There were some curious students around, too.

“Everything’s fine,” answered Sienna.

Max | 1137 comments Tevi wobbled a bit when he got down from the ladder but one of the maintenance people quickly moved forward and stabilized him with one hand. Giving him a grateful smile, Tevi watched anxiously as Sienna got down. When she did he gave her a bright smile. The whole experience hadn't actually been as bad as he had thought it was going to be. Having another person there had really helped him. Tevi was the perfect picture of an extrovert and having people around him always brought out the best in him. Had he been stuck there alone, things would have been a lot worse.

"Yeah, I think we're good." Tevi smiled sheepishly and glanced at Sienna again. There was a crowd of students around them but while Tevi would have liked to take a moment to just regain his composure, he was really really late.
"Oh gosh, i'm really late." He frowned, checking his watch. His doctor was not going to be happy. Checking his pockets for his phone he finally found it to pull up the address of the doctor office. He had been there before but he always forgot where it was.

((Maybe Sienna offers to come with him?))

AutreMoi (candlehome) | 867 comments ((Yup))

Sienna approached Tevi and handed him his backpack, which she took from the elevator when she got out. “Are you going far? Do you need any help?” she offered.

She had felt confident enough to ask something like this, she wanted Tevi to notice she was interested in him. As in being friends. As close as possible as how they used to be. She offered him a sympathetic smile.

Max | 1137 comments Tevi took the bag from her, he hadn't even realized that he had left it there in the first place. To say that Tevi was a particularly observant person would be a lie. He was always losing things or leaving things behind and he was glad that Sienna always noticed the things that he didn't.
"I don't think I need any help." He shrugged before pausing slightly and giving her a hopeful look.
"But, maybe you'd like to walk with me?" He said softly. He really wanted this to work out. Even if Sienna thought it was awkward and even if every time she even referenced Arthur he would hate her again for a moment. Despite all that, he wanted to be friends again.

Smiling back at her he looked away almost shyly, glancing at the broken elevator. The few kids who had been hanging around began to drift away, going to classes or back to their dorms. The maintenance guy was already climbing up the ladder to check some stuff out and see what was wrong. Hopefully nothing like that would happen again.

AutreMoi (candlehome) | 867 comments “Sure,” she muttered softly. She was about to offer to help him to carry his stuff, but she deduced that he wouldn’t accept any help. Or was so like Tevi to do that. She smiled and started to walk along with him. She was happy that even though there wasn’t an excuse for her to be around, he had asked her to accompany him. Maybe having getting stuck in the elevator with him had been actually something positive. She laughed at that thought internally. Only an amused smile coming out.

“Where are we going?” She asked.

Max | 1137 comments "Uh doctors office. Getting this stupid thing off." He smiled brightly and tapped on hand against the plaster on his leg. He had been looking forward to getting the cast off for ages. Now the day was finally here and he was already late for his appointment. Checking his phone again as they walked he almost ran into a wall and had to swerve to avoid hitting it. The only reason Tevi didn't get hurt more often was because his physical abilities made up for the fact that he hardly ever paid attention to his surroundings. It was a wonder he hadn't gotten hit by a car counting the amount of times he stepped off of the curb without even looking up to check if the street was clear.

The office wasn't too far away but Tevi was in a hurry and was walking as fast as his limping gait could take him.
"You don't have to come if you don't want to." He regarded Sienna with an anxious look. He wanted to talk to her, to become friends again but he also didn't want to push her into anything she didn't want to do.

Max | 1137 comments ((Since there is no doctors office, should we just continue here?))

AutreMoi (candlehome) | 867 comments ((I think we should at least RP on a thread outside the school. How about the Mall?))

Tevi was trying to run, so he was on a hurry. Sienna didn’t had much trouble catching up with his pace, because he was going fairly slow to be running.

“Nah, I’m good. You wouldn’t be able to arrive there without my help,” she dared to joke, smirking playfully at him. She started to run faster than him.

“Call your doctor! Tell him that you are gonna be late! I will get a cab to get us there. Meet me at the entrance!” she said and took off running as fast as she could to fulfill her promise, not waiting for an answer.

bubblewaffles Cassandra was coming in to teach her next class, with her papers and her large binder of student files. She knew that not a lot of students took French and even fewer students took Irish, meaning her job was a lot easier than most. As she entered, she noticed that the teacher from the last class was still in the room. "Hello." She spoke up quietly. This was new for her, being the first to initiate conversation. She noticed that he was picking up papers- probably homework papers from the ground, and she said: "Do you need some help?" She was already on her knees as she found a new paper on the floor, picking it up and following the "trail" of the papers on the floor.

message 61: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles Cassandra stood up, placing the papers that she had picked up onto his desk, smiling slightly at his face. "Yes, I am teaching the next class." She said slowly. English was not her first language, and by the looks of it, it wasn't his either. "What language do you teach?"

message 62: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "I teach French, Irish and I do substitute teaching." Cassandra was pretty sure that she worded it well, but it was careful and that was enough for her. "So, how was the class you teach?" She asked.

message 63: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles Cassandra nodded, understanding. "That is a good teaching way." She laughed softly as well, chuckling perhaps. "There are plenty of French students who just take my class for extra crediting too." She knew that she probably messed up a lot in that sentence, but she didn't mind.

message 64: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "That sounds like a cool day." Cassandra wanted to say douane (custom/tradition) in English but wasn't sure how, so she just said day. "It's okay, forgetting is okay." She tried to reassure this stranger.

message 65: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "That sound fair." Cassandra nodded. "No, it will be fine, I never need time to set up anyway, I sometimes even come right before bell rings." She answered, shrugging.

message 66: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "I teach class different every class. Sometimes, I make them do worksheet, sometimes, online website." Cassandra replied. She placed her files on the desk, alongside her folders.

message 67: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "Somewhere between fifteen and twenty-three, for French. And for Irish some less than fifteen." Cassandra replied. She kind of wanted to ask him to leave, but she really just wanted to start planning for her class, though she wasn't too concerned about class.

message 68: by bubblewaffles (new)

bubblewaffles "Okie dokie." Cassandra smiled. It was an English expression she adored, with it being an adorable yet nonchalant expression. "Of course, we don't want creeps in here. She closed the windows already, opening the air conditioning and sitting down at the desk. "I like your hat, by the way."
