Hi. I've listed one of my books as a giveaway on Instafreebie. Is there anyway of including the link in my Goodreads account or informing other readers on Goodreads? I have had it as a Giveaway on Goodreads before.

This is not a librarians issue,You should post in the GR Authors Feedback group
That said, you can add a link to your author profile or do a general status update but external links cannot be added to book descriptions on GR
