Sounds good, J. Any takers for host to kick off the discussion. Forget if that was decided yet.

Jill has a valid point in that we keep changing the way we do our hosting. I thought we had been going with absent the birthday hosts, whoever suggested the selected book would host?

True that, J. Thing is, we've few members that sometimes we have to cut & paste so to speak. Tried several approaches to see which would work best. Sometimes we've had to deviate. Ex; a few times PI who'd hosting duty had to leave mid stream for health or personal reasons. It happens. Figuring out the best way to work it. Never seemed to be an issue 'til late.
As for birthday club, I guess we can keep it going. Perhaps the birthday kid of month can just pop in and take initiative to start a thread and post picks. Maybe post a few titles (up to three) and have PI's vote and go from there. That way it would get ball rolling.
Now to figure the reg. title pick/host. I say let's have PI's offer to host, if there are no takers than put it to person whose title is picked. If those two options don't work then go to rotation (latter would work least for me as I'm a slow reader). This order would offer flexibility.
PI's please weigh in. I'll run a poll.

Nicole, trying to find initial Gouda nom but haven't yet. (Just getting 'puter back after it went kaflooey the past five days) so I'm catching up. Anyway, if it was your pick and if you care to host, please feel free to start the thread rolling. If not, then we'll just let it go and we'll stay on finishing Sittaford and Holiday and start March picks. We are almost mid Feb.

Nicole please let us know where you stand on this. If you dont want to host completely I would be willing to split it with you otherwise as Tina said we should just let it go.
