A collection of novellas not published in the original language

I would like to add a collection of novellas by the Austrian author Stefan Zweig published in Serbian translation. However, it is a collection that as such does not exist in the original language but was compiled by a Serbian publisher. I cannot create a new edition because it is not an edition of an existing book in German nor is it a book originally published in Serbian. What is the policy in cases like this? Thank you!

If it has no previously-published editions that are the same stories, then it's just added as a new book. The fact that it is a translation merely means that the translator(s) should be noted and it's especially important to list the language of the work in the language field.
