Husband had to work. Son and I are both sick so it was a very blah, quiet day.

Just relaxed and read some.

Mighty Mouse!
And then Roadrunner ...

I tend not to ask for help unless there is no other option. Don't like to bother people.

I didnt really watch a lot of cartoons, but if I had to pick one I would say The Jetsons.
February 23, Thursday: If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?

I loved jigsaw puzzles ... my brother and I had a pair of puzzles that depicted scenes from colonial America. While the pictures were different, they were cut exactly the same, so we would have "races" to see who could finish the 200-pc puzzle the fastest.
Then we mixed all the pieces together and still tried to race to complete our individual puzzle. We did those puzzles so often we knew each piece by heart!

I had a Holly Hobby pillow that I took everywhere.

That sounds like it was fun (and challenging!)
I still LOVE jigsaw puzzles! I just got the Ravensburger "World Map 1665" for Christmas! I haven't been able to work on it yet though.

I did NOT buy the box of paczkis (pronounced Poonch-keys) at the grocery store, but this city has a significant Polish population and just about EVERYONE gets these wonderful jelly-filled donuts on Fat Tuesday.
We took my husband's 90-year-old cousin out to dinner. Definitely an indulgent meal.

When I witness my adult sons being generous and kind. That experience just never gets old.
Usually my bedroom because no one bothers me in there. I also have a rocking chair right by my bookshelves that I sit in.
