What is unique about the setting of the book and how does it enhance or take away from the story?

Garmai (gathompson) | 7 comments The setting seems to be taking place in the future. In this future though, it looks like robots and cyborgs are thought of as monsters. It adds a sence of wonder and excitement because no one knows what to expect, and what will happen!

Lee Fletcher | 1 comments Cyborgs are thought as monsters, and a plague is spreading. and the main character is a cyborg and is immune. suspicious

Garmai (gathompson) | 7 comments why do you think it's so suspicious?

message 5: by Reese (new)

Reese Miller | 9 comments The setting takes place in the future and cyborgs are considered monsters. Also the plague is going around and killing everyone. The main character is a cyborg so it will be exciting to find out what happens to her.

Reese Miller | 9 comments I agree with you Garmai about it taking place in the future. I think it will be exciting to find out what happens to Cinder too! I agree with everything you said about the chapters 1-9.

Garmai (gathompson) | 7 comments I agree with you too Reese. The plauge going around I believe is called the scarlet fever. Cinder is indeed a Cyborg, and one with one very large secret might I add. A secret that she wants no one knowing.
