"Demons" chapter-by-chapter reading companion

This forum is an experimental collaborative reading companion for Dostoevsky's novel "Demons" (aka "The Possessed" or "The Devils").

Think of it as an interactive "SparkNotes" to post your questions and reactions to each chapter.

The cardinal rule is "no spoilers". When creating a topic, select the Folder corresponding to the chapter you are reading. The post should be appropriate for anyone who's only read up to that chapter (no references to future chapters). Keep in mind the the topic titles can be seen by people just starting the book, so keep those spoiler free too.
