Not sure how long this will be free so grab it while you can if you're interested in the book that Tina posted for April's possible pick! This is the 1st book in the Captain Lacey series by Ashley Gardner.

Still free! Thanks for posting this - I have read books 2 and 4 in this series and enjoyed them both.

Thank you. I got it cause it was free and it helps fill in the series. It's way down the TBR at this time though.

Not sure when I'll get around to reading them but I did watch an episode of Father Brown on Acorn not too long ago and I thought it was fun. I'm actually watching Hamish Macbeth on Acorn right now and it's strange. Halfway through the episode and I can't figure out what the mystery is lol

I think that many of her books (and the others from the anthology you posted) fall under public domain which is really cool for us, but probably not for the estates of these authors! :-)
