Oliver took a quick shower and threw his clothes back on. He quickly towel dried his hair and stuck his small black gadges back into his ears. He looked at himself in the mirror before going back downstairs and slipping his shoes on. "You ready to go?" He asked Bastille as he threw on his leather jacket and grabbed his keys.

Bastille looked at Oliver, he then opened his arms, " Come here," Bastille said, not answering the older males question, he needed to assure the older male that everything would be okay and that his father wouldn't do anything to him.
Oliver turned around and just looked at Bastille for a moment before walking towards him and wrapping his arms around him. He rested his head on top of the youngers before placing a kiss on the top of his head. "We should probably getting going or mama bear is going to freak out if o get you to school late." He gave him a smile.
Bastille smiled, " Jake can kiss my ass, he's not mom and never will be," Bastille replied. He then sighed softly, " Mom loves you and you know that Oliver, it's just Dad has always been protective of Jake and I, after almost losing us in that car crash when we were younger, he vowed to protect us against anything he could protect us from, he did attack one of my boyfriends but that was only because the dude decided to insult me, Jake and mom, all you have to do is hang out with dad for awhile and prove to him that you're good for me, I'll be by your side every step of the way and Jake too," Bastille said, pulling away to look up at Oliver, he also locked his fingers together behind Oliver's lower back in case the older male wanted to try and get away.
Oliver sighed quietly and placed his forehead on Bastilles. "Yeah I know. I just wasnt the greatest teenager and im not in a freat place right now with money and school." He looked into his eyes. "Maybe we should all go bowling? Does your dad like bowling?" He asked him, thinking it was a great idea. Ever since high school had ended he has wanted to show their dad how much better he was.
Bastille smiled slightly, " Dad loves bowling, took me every day when I was younger, he's very competitive about it," Bastille said with a snort, " When we won one of the tournaments they were having at the bowling alley up north where we lived, he would get all up into the opponents face and brag," Bastille said with a laugh, " Now lets go or Jake is going to freak, mom won't go easy on him this time if I am late once again," Bastille added.
"Good then maybe we can all go bowling tomorrow night then." He said with a smile. He was still extremely nervous about this but he knew he had to do it "Lets get going then." He untangled Bastilles hands and held them in his own. He egan to head towards the door to go outside to the car.
Bastille smiled and gripped his backpack strap tightly, he was about to follow Oliver out to the car, but Jake grabbed him by his hood and pulled him back into his arms. " Next time you feel depressed or suicidal, talk to me or call dad," Jake whispered as he placed his chin on top of his brother's head. Bastille smiled lightly and wrapped his arms around Jake, " I promise," Bastille replied and pulled away, he hurried out to Oliver's car.
Oliver glanced back when the males hand slipped from his own. He smiled at the two before going out and starting the car. He got in and waited for the younger male to come out. "Lets get you to school." He backed out of the deiveway and headed towards the high school.
Bastille smiled and just looked out the window, his phone buzzed in his pocket and he looked at the text message, " Yay, my dad and I will be hanging out with a man from his work and the man's teenage son this weekend," Bastille said nonchalantly before putting his phone away.
Oliver looked over at him for a moment at what he said. "Why?" He asked him curiously. He wasnt too worried about it though. Maybe it was some sort of business thing? At least thats what he hoped it was.
" Dad loves sucking up to people and this man is some big billionaire who said if my dad can find someone to marry or be friends with his son, then my dad gets half of what is in the man's will," Bastille replied, " We're only rich through my grandparents, so if we get half of what the man has, then we'd become millionaires, and my dad has been obsessed with money lately," Bastille sighed, " So my dad plans to have me become friends with the son" Bastille finished.
Bastilles grip on the steering will tightened at what he said. He hoped his dad only wanted them to be friends. He hated when familes tried to do arrange marriages. "Thats cool." Oliver has also never been a huge fan of money and having a ton of money. Yeah it would be nice to have a decent amount of money so he could pay for schooling and his apartment. His apartment was basically emlty because he didnt have much money for extra stuff.
Bastille noticed Oliver's grip tightening on the steering wheel and smiled slightly, " I wouldn't worry about my dad wanting me to marry the teen, my dad loathes arranged and forced marriages," Bastille assured, " Although, if he does try, I'll just tell him no and walk away," Bastille said with a smile.
Oliver relaxed a tiny bit. "Good. Arranged marriages are dumb and pointless. Although I didnt think your dad would make you do that anyways. You are still only 17." He relaxed back in his seat. Within the next few minutes he was pulling into the parking lot of the high school and stopped out front.
" My dad would never put me through that, he knows my pet peeves are being forced to do things or arranged things," Bastille said, he saw a few friends of his that were all standing around doing nothing, he rolled the window down and and yelled out to them, they spun around and smiled at him, waving. Bastille looked over at Oliver and smiled, " See you later Oli," Bastille said with a smirk, he leaned over the seat and kissed Oliver on the lips, " Hopefully you're picking me up after school?" Bastille said.
"I thought you didnt have any friends." He teased before he kissed him. "Yeah, im definitely picking you up. Thats how it will be from now on. Jakes rules." He quickly pulled him back and gave him one more deep kiss before letting him go. "Ill be right here when school is over." He watched him get out of the car and head over to the people he had waved at.
Bastille just smiled, and when Oliver pulled him in for a deep kiss, he kissed the older male back happily. " Bye Oli," Bastille said with a smirk. Bastille then hurried over to his friends, who were excitedly asking him about Oliver and who he was and what he was, Bastille looked over at the car before turning to his friends and confessing to them.
"Bye, Bassie." He said before deiving away. He drove to the car shop so he could start. He threw on his overalls and immediately began on the car that he has been working on for the past few days. Today was his last day to get it fixed up for its owner. Luckily the parts came in for it today. ((Wanna timeskip?))
Bastille walked into school with his friends and talked to them about his weekend and everything, as he told them, his ex walked by and shot him a dirty look, he then hurried off when a teacher approached Bastille. Bastille turned to the teacher and found out that the teacher found him a new job, one where he wouldn't be bothered nor would his ex be anywhere near him. Bastille smiled happily. (( yeah, shall I post or do you want to? ))
((I can.))After spending all day working on cars, Oliver was happy to be able to get off of work. He threw his overalls into his locker and headed out. He knew he was going to have to shower as soon as he got home. To get all the dirt and grease off of him. The first place he went to was the high school to pick up Bastille. He parked in the same spot where he dropped the male off at.
Bastille laughed as he exited the school, a boy in his grade walking beside him with an arm draped over his shoulder. He smiled brightly when he saw Oliver's car, " Bye guys!" Bastille said, he kissed the boy on the cheek and then hurried over to Oliver's car. He got into the passenger seat, " Oli!" Bastille said happily.
Oliver looked over and watched as Bastille walked out of school. He also watched as Bastille kissed the boy on the cheek, he was walking with. "Bastille." He said with a nod. "How was school?" He asked him. As soon as the younger was buckled he drove out of the parking lot and headed towards Bastilles home.
Bastille smiled, " It was honestly not so bad, my teacher found me a new job so I wouldn't have to deal with my ex, and I've passed every test I got back today, oh and before you get jealous, that dude was just my friend, and that kiss on the cheek was strictly platonic, he's straight anyways," Bastille answered,
Oliver shrugged and gave him a smile. "Im not jealous." He told him, glancing at him then looking back out the front window. "So im going to drop you off and then i have to head home to shower and change. Ill pick you up around 6?" He asked.
Bastille snorted, " Not jealous my ass," Bastille muttered. Bastille then smiled lightly, " Yeah six works for me, I'll probably be done getting ready by then," Bastille said.
"Oh shush." He said with a small laugh. "Okay, well make sure you dress casual. We arent going to do anything too fancy quite yet." He gave him a smile. He reached out his hand for Bastille to grab.
Bastille took ahold of Oliver's hand and smiled, " I guess I'll have to choose something other then black to wear tonight," Bastille said as he brought Oliver's hand up to his cheek and rubbed his cheek lovingly on Oliver's hand.
Oliver smiled and lightly squeezed his hand. "You look fantastic in black though." Honestly Bastille coukd wear super baggy clothes and he would still look great. Oliver smiled over at him when he felt him put his hand to his cheek.
Bastille grinned, " Oh I know I look great in black, but I can't wear it all the time," Bastille answered. He moved Oliver's hand away from his cheek and onto his leg instead, he looked out the window.
Oliver just rolled his eyes at what he said. "You wear what ever your heart desires." Oliver pulled into the driveway of Bastilles house. He turned to Bastille with a smile. "Ill see you in a few hours then?" He leaned over and gave him a kiss.
Bastille smiled, he kissed Oliver back, " Yeah, I should be ready by then," Bastille said.
"Okay. Bye Bassie" He gave his hand one last squeeze before he unlocked the doors to let the male out. He stayed sitting in the driveway until Bastille was in the house.
Bastille smiled, he leaned in and kissed Oliver one more time, " See you soon Oli," Bastille said as he got out of the car and headed to the house, where Jake was watching them out the window.
Oliver smiled and kissed him back. Once Bastille was safelu inside he backed out of the driveway and drove to his place. Which a small apartment about 10 minutes away. Once he got home he immediately went inside to go shower anf change.
Bastille entered the house and ignored Jake, who was pestering him and asking him if he was sure he wanted to go on a date with Oliver. " Bass, are you really sure you want to go out with Oliver?" Jake asked for the one hundredth time, he stood outside the bathroom listening to the shower run as Bastille cleaned himself up. The bathroom door suddenly swung open making Jake, who had been leaning against it, fall forward with a loud dull thud. " He's your best friend, and I'm your only brother," Bastille said darkly, " If you can't handle the fact that we like each other, then you've got some serious issues," Bastille said wiggling his index finger at his brother, " and yes I want to go out with Oliver, there's no reason why I wouldn't," Bastille spat. He walked out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist and walked into his bedroom, slamming the door shut.
Oliver showered and shaved. Not that he needed to, he just wanted to make sure his face was nice and clean. He stood in his bathroom with a towel around his waist as he styled his hair the way he wanted it. He put his black gadges back in and then headed to his room. After looking through all his clothes he decided to put on a pair of black skinny jeans along with a red flannel shirt. He slipped two of his rings on and then he was ready to go. But he still had about an hour and half before he had to leave to pick up Bastille. He pulled out his phone and began to look up some good restaurants to go to. Nothing fancy.
Bastille got dressed, deciding on some tight skinny jeans and a black floral shirt that fit nicely on his body, he combed his hair back and ran his hand through his hair. " I'm sorry," came Jake's voice, Bastille turned and saw his brother standing in the doorway, his eyes on the floor in front of him, " I shouldn't have kept asking you if you want to still wanted to go out with Oliver, it's just I don't want you guys to get hurt," Jake mumbled. Bastille nodded, " Apology accepted, but now I must continue getting ready," Bastille said, Jake smiled lightly and walked away, he was happy that Bastille accepted is apology.
After finding a nice Italian restaurant about 2o minutes away, hr got up and grabbed his keys. He hopped into his car and headed over to get Bastille, but before he got there he stopped at the nearest store and grabbed something real quick. Once he got there he got out and walked up to the front door, and knicked instead of walking in like he usually does.
Bastille was still getting his hair ready when there was a knock on the door, " I'll get it!" Jake yelled, he walked from the living room to the front door, he ripped it open and saw Oliver. He wolf-whistled, " Wowza, you clean up super nicely," Jake praised, he turned to tell Bastille that Oliver was here but Bastille stood right behind Jake. Bastille pushed to stand in front of Jake and his eyes widened when he saw Oliver, " Holy mother of fucking hell, Oli..." Bastille breathed.
Oliver couldnt help but chuckle at their reactions. "Hey, when I try I can make myself not look like im homeless. Also, Bastille, i brought you this." He lifted his hand up and held out a fake black rose. "They didnt have any real black ones so i thought this way you could hold on to it forever." He shrigged with a smile.
Bastille smiled lightly, he took the black Rose from Oliver and blushed deeply. Jake chuckled, " Have him back by eleven pm," Jake said pushing Bastille out of the house. Bastille stumbled and quickly caught himself, he wanted to glare at Jake but couldn't find himself to and just laughed as the door closed behind him, he looked up at Oliver.
"Okay mom." Oliver decided that, thats what he was going to teasingly call Jake from now. Only becausw he doesnt like it, but thats what best friends are for right? Oliver caught Bastille as he stumbled out of the door. "You look amazing by the way. I love your shirt." He rook his hand and kissed the top of it.
Bastille smiled softly and shook his head, " I bought this shirt off a friend for six bucks, I never thought I'd find the occasion to wear it," Bastille said with a snort, he blushed a little when Oliver kissed the top of his hand. " Please stop calling Jake 'Mom' because it's just weird, also i don't need the constant image of Jake dressed in motherly themed clothing," Bastille said with a smile.
"Well it looks fantastic on you." He leaned down and gave him a kiss. "Awww, why not. I think its hilarious and you have to admit. Your brother would probably look great in a dress." Oliver turned and began to lead him to the car. "You like Italian food right?" If he didnthe had another place that they could go too.
Bastille snorted, " Oh boy, you're going to have a real laugh when I show you Jake's baby photos and such," Bastille said before grinning widely, " I love Italian food, Jake makes it all the time when he can," Bastille said.
"You will definitely need to show those to me at some point." Oliver said with a grin. He lead him to the car and opened up the door for him. "Pwrfect because I found a really nice Italian restaurant not too far away." Once Bastille was in the car he shut the door and went around to get into the drivers seat.
Bastille chuckled, Jake was going to be so pissed about it but he didn't care at that point, he just got into the car when Oliver opened the door and he buckled up as soon as the door shut. Bastille pulled out his phone and smiled at a text from his mother, " I took a picture of my outfit for my mom and honestly my mother is just a giant sweet marshmallow, she sent me a big huge paragraph saying how cute I looked and how adorable I look in it, but she also told me that I don't need to wear fancy things for a boy, even if it is you," Bastille said with a smile, " I love mom," Bastille murmured.
Oliver smiled at what he said about his mom. The comment almost making him sad. He never got the chance to have a relationship like thay with his own mom. Mainly because she died a few years after he was born. "Yeah she is pretty cool." He glanced at him with a smile and began their drive to the restaurant.
Bastille then remembered something, " Awe crap, I'm sorry Oliver, I totally forgot," Bastille said as he remembered that Oliver didn't even have a mother to have a relationship with since his died a few years after giving birth to Oliver. Bastille turned to Oliver.
