possible duplicate series pages

This book is shown as part of two different series. But when I pulled up the series pages, they both had the same series name. One had only this book listed, the other had three. On both pages, this book was shown as #3 in the series. I didn't look to see if there were duplicate books on the author page, or even if there were duplicate author pages. But I thought you ought to know that stuff is messed up here.

Deleted the series with just one book.
They are made up if you only enter the name of the series instead of adding it directly to the series.
