I was able to find the book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and added the cover from Amazon.

Next time please add a link to the book on Goodreads and where the cover can be found.
If you want to claim your author profile, you can follow this link: https://www.goodreads.com/author/conf...
When the profile is claimed, you will be able to add a cover to your book yourself.
