Bridging history and myth, The Murder of Heracles: an Amazon Odyssey (111,000 words, June 13th 2023) is grounded by an emotional core about estranged sisters bonding anew while reclaiming their power and identities…but vengeance always has a cost. After years of hardship and isolation, the company’s choices will define who they are not only as warriors but also as friends, mothers, lovers, and daughters. Many male authors stumble in this respect, so I set out to tell a story focused on women while embracing the universal experiences of humanity that connect us all regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or religion.
