Since I'm doing my PhD CBT training and need to read tons of scientific and academic stuff this year I need to get some balance and find time for pleasure reading as well. It's going to be mainly sci-fi classics, in Polish and English. I include audiobooks too, as I'm big fan of them, and book is a book. This is roughly what I have in mind for this year: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, Conan the Barbarian, Lovecraft in English (know and love him in Polish translation), Isaac Asimov's Fundation and I robot, S. Lem and some polish fantasy and s-f (certainly J. Dukaj, whose Inna Pieśń is so amazing that I even can't describe how I feel about this massive book), Dune, and in general classic, well-recieved, and respected sci-fi books. It's kinda year of catching up with sci-fi lol. Any suggestions welcome!
