Though Jack and Fiona have an attraction to each other, their relationship is plagued with mistrust. Was it more Fiona carrying baggage or Jack's slippery slope with the truth?

Laura | 383 comments Both equally.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2239 comments They are quite a pair. Between Fiona's aloofness and Jack's economy with the truth, it isn't surprising that they had issues. I found it difficult to connect with them as individuals because of this.

Agree with both of you. As a couple, they've got a lot to work through still by the end of the book.

Danielle Gypsy Soul (afdaniellet) I've read this whole series so this was a re-read for me and I ended up thinking "wow she's gotten better at the romance part" because I didn't particularly buy into the "feelings" between Fiona and Jack
