The Poisonwood Bible This one is on my to be read list. I bought a used copy at the library and it's on my shelf.

A Discovery of Witches , in celebration that the third and final book of the series will be released in July. It is also one of my favorite books.

Okay Debbie I finished A Discovery of Witches and I put a hold on the next book. It was a great book thanks for giving me a nudge to read it instwad of it sitting on my TBR list

I started to read The Iron Daughter a number of weeks ago but decided I would put it away until it warmed up here more. My reason for this was that I found Julie Kagawa's description was so vivid that I was feeling colder and colder the more I read it when I was trying to get warm. LOL. I've never had a book make me feel that way before. So I'll probably pick it up again next month instead.

I read Graceling and I am the Messenger. I liked them both. Graceling was a fun read with a strong female character. I even enjoyed the fantasy aspects and I usually stay away from that genre.
I am the Messenger was thought provoking and I thought the unconventional ending was powerful.
