I seek the title a book. The info that I could give:

the main character (MC) worked at post office. Then the MC received package/mail that contain a message from a secret organization. When plot thiking, the MC killed his own boss and burned the post office. Then the MC searched the secret organization.

when did you read it? - 2015 but it was not a new book at that time.

Paper book, ebook, other format? - ebook

It is written for adults? - for adults. the story mentioned sex and sexual escapades, drinking, etc

Did you read it in English or some other language? - English

Is it set in a real or a fantasy type location? - real world but supernatural human live amongst people (is it called urban fantasy?)

Remember the cover? - unfortunately, no

Author female or male? - male

I am not sure but maybe the "power" was about immortality. I hope I don't get the details wrong.
