The police chief puts Harry on notice his first day back. What did you think of his message...encouraging or a warning?

Phrynne | 607 comments I thought it was encouraging. Although some of the words were threatening I still felt the Chief was behind Harry.

I saw it as encouragement also. He was sending Harry a message that this wasn't the department he left (a good thing), one that he embraced.
