Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art and Science of Remembering Everything is really hard for me to rate. I was mostly interested, but not completely engaged, until the end which I enjoyed more but never loved. I was, however, never tempted to stop reading (listening - audiobook). The book is an in depth account of the author's foray into memory enhancement and entry in memory competitions. I didn't even know this was a thing! It was pretty fascinating to read the methods used for what seems to be insane amounts of memorization. However, after trying their techniques I can still recall a shopping list from the book (including pickled garlic, peat smoked salmon, and 6 bottles of white wine....). So, it does seem to work, but would take an inordinate amount of time to be determined practical at all would be a stretch.
It was fun to finally hear from where the title came! :-)
