I am looking for a book a read a few years ago, but I can't remember the name nor the author. It's about a woman who works with US enforcement in a local level. She helps catch a bad guy by her "sixth sense" of being able to "feel" him close by. She is able to read into his emotions/thoughts by touch. She then decides to visit her grandma back in Greece(i think) as a break from capturing the bad guy. There she meets a man, who if I remember correctly is her grandmother's neighbor, and they develop feelings for each other. Then the protagonist becomes aware that the man she helped capture escaped and is out to get her.

I've been looking for this book for the longest time ever, but I can't remember the name of it.
