if you're a pacifist, you're in the wrong place
power rules this city. money, guns, drugs ; all different sorts of power. gangs roam the streets, the police turn a blind eye as a thousand dollars find their way onto each desk. anyone could be a murderer, everyone is a killer. drugs are sold in back streets, guns are sold in the convenience store across the road. if you end up on a gang's hit list you're dead. everybody works for somebody, nobody is selfless.

in this hell, there are three demonic princes that rule over everything and everyone – the billionaire drug lord that oversees everything, running at least a dozen different legal businesses alongside the drug trade; the mob boss that answers to nobody but themselves, working with people only when substantial amounts of power are on offer; and the lord mayor, who would shut down both the other two if it wasn't for their assurances that they'll keep them elected if they don't institute any restrictions on their activities. the three are in a stalemate, each able to destroy the other two at the cost of their own success.
