I'm looking for a book about a kid who I believe was in travel and was Tricked by a something from a Nother land over the phone pretending to be a relative telling him to go to this house. At this house the day was a year the day started out with early spring and ended with Christmas every day there was an old lady that was there to help take care of him and there was a pond pond that was outback where I believe there was dead people. I believe there were some sort a tree and it was keeping everyone there and was keeping the old lady there and he was not able to leave. When he finally left he went home and realized that every day he was there was actually a year in real time and he went home and he was gone for what he thought was a month was actually 30 years and his parents were old and thought he ran away and disappeared
