My name is Manfred
Welcome to the group about our new YA fantasy adventure novel "Magic Mirabelle and the Riddle of Night Opium"

I hope you all like the group and enjoy reading about all the characters in our book and that we can all have a nice time together discussing the Magical world of Mirabelle along with lots of the other heroes and heroines in the YA and children's fantasy and Fairytale traditions like Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, the Narnia and Harry Potter books!

harry potter and narnia...i havent gotten to alice in wonderland yet...and maybe carry on by rainbow rowell and the percy jackson books...heroes of olympus and the last olympian...

I havent read the PJ books yet, but I love all those stories of Olympus and I did see the film.

Did you like the film best or the books

i liked them both equally, it's hard to decide bc they're both good but some movie versions are not good at all

I will have to read the books one day.
I have the film as a DVD somewhere so maybe I try and see it again one day.

At the moment I am reading A Little Princess- it is a very sweet book.

I am also reading I Claudius.
That is really historical

it's about a cyborg who is based on cinderella...it's based on four classic fairytales

I love fairytales - which ones?
Apart from Cinderella of course.

I love Snow White
The others are cool as well - but Snow White is awesome.

I have just been turning my Goodreads page into an Author's Page so that was exciting.

I also got the cover for my book today so I will post that on the page very soon.

It is a very strange cover. I wanted a more traditional Fairytale like one, but they made one a bit more modern and dramatic!
