Viewing the PDF with Overdrive

Many autobiographies and other nonfiction audiobooks come with .pdf files with photos, charts, etc. that you can view. Sometimes the narrator will say "to see _______, check the .pdf." I've just checked out Scrappy Little Nobody which comes with a .pdf but my Overdrive says it's not available in this format. Does anyone know how you can view these .pdf files when you borrow from Overdrive? Whom should I consult for technical support? The app developers, or the library from which I am borrowing? Thanks!

I've always been able to view them from a regular computer, just not from my phone.
