Kindly, add the official URL (https://www.meraqissa.com/book/97) for purchasing my book to my book's page so that readers who want to buy it may be redirected to that website.

What exactly do you mean by 'official URL'? Is it your own page?

We are not allowed to add links to booksellers in the URL field, see https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/403

This is the publisher's website link since this is the only place my book is available right now.

Can it not be added? This is the only "buy" link.

The official URL is explicitly not for sales links.

You certainly can add it to the bio section of your author profile, though.
