hi, I am looking for novel where hero is working undercover/trying to uncover to find evidence against his half brother about drug deals. Heroine comes to look for answers to her sister's death which was due to drugs. Near the end of the story there is drug court case/trial where heroine is giving evidence and she is pregnant.

the end scene is them in a church. she goes missing and there is a frantic search for her in case she has been kidnapped but she is found inside the church
i think there is a misunderstanding between them caused by a photo of the sister and brother. h thinks H is the villain brother. Likewise H thinks she is the woman in the photo

the hero might have been half brother of villain and inherited the family wealth and is now trying to clear the family name
