Help with a "review"

A friend, sometime back, sat down at my computer and gave my book a glowing review. (He did read it and like it.) The problem is, he apparently did it while I was signed in and now it looks like one of my three reviews is me raving about myself. I can't figure out how to make it go away. Obviously, I'm embarrassed by it.

Help please.
