Currently Reading: Throne of Glass

Hi Everyone! So, I figured it would be fun to discuss what we are currently reading and have convos based on that. If you need encouragement to continue, please mention that here!

I am reading Throne of Glass by Sarah j Maas. Ive heard A LOT of hype and A LOT of criticism for this book. I, however, have been very excited to read it since I heard my friend gush about it.

I am having trouble tuning out the "spoilers" or negative comments of others. So this has been a challenge. I know that a vague event happens and changes the course of the book. So, Im eager to get past that and to something spoiler free.

Also, the negative comments about writing and diversity keep plaguing me. I have to keep telling my brain to shut up and enjoy the ride. Lol!

That said, I love Celaena. Shes bad ass and feisty. I enjoy that in a female lead character. In fact, so far, I quite like all the characters (or hate the ones I should hate lol).

I enjoy the progression and the world. I love where the plot is going and Im more than excited for that Fae element Ive heard so much about. (REALLY REALLY excited lol)

So, those are my thoughts! Any spoiler free hype is welcome! If you have advice on tuning out the babbling brain, please let me know!

I think she did the fae part really well, I am a huge fairy fan and I was kind of impressed with that part of the story. Also, like I said, they get better with every book so keep going and you won't be disappointed :) also, if you already like Celeana then you won't have any issues, that was pretty much my biggest hurdle lol

Lol! Thank u!! I think theres just too much going on in my head and its distracting me. Once I tune it out, Im sure to love it even more! I cant wait for the Fae! :)
