I just finished The Bear and the Nightingale. It was very good! Did you get to read Uprooted, Sam? If so, how did you like it? I can see how the two are alike, but I didn't think they were too alike. Each is very unique.

I think The Bear and the Nightingale was my favorite read of 2017. Can't wait for the second one, and I almost never say that!

It was really good, but not one of my absolute faves. That being said, I think I will also read the rest of the series.
