I've been on Goodreads for a couple of years but this is my first time joining a group. I love reading and searching out new books. I work with adolescent offenders and have been using my passion for reading to try connect with them and encourage a "bigger picture" of the world. Diving into the YA section has really opened my eyes to books that I love and books that I may have never given a thought about picking up. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with all of you,
I live in West Michigan - perfect time of year to sit by the fireplace with my tea and a good book.
