"Sleep!" Madeline said, punching his bed again.
"Just a minute ago you were-" He yawned. "-teasing me about that."
"Well your aunt might come back." Madeline sighed.
"I'm sorta afraid of what you'll do if I can't stop you..." Roblin said warily.
"Somehow that doesn't make me feel any better." Roblin laughed nervously.
Roblin rolled his eyes. "If you're doing something, I can't see you."
"Oh. Right." She turned visible again.
Roblin rolled his eyes. "Fine." He intertwined his pinky in hers. "Happy?"
Madeline disappeared again. "So, nighty night?"
Roblin rolled his eyes. "I know you're pretending."
Roblin waited for a response, slowly falling asleep.
Madeline started to snore softly.
Madeline grabbed a large book out of her bag and whacked it on his head. "Get up!"
Roblin sat up with a jolt. "Ow!" He clutched his head.
"Morning Rob!" Madeline grinned.
"Aren't you a joy to wake up to." He mumbled, getting out of bed.
Roblin glanced out the window. "Margren could be here any second!"
"Right." Madeline slipped back under his bed.
Roblin peeked under. "Are you planning to move in under my bed?" He joked.
"Maybe." Madeline grinned slyly.
Roblin rolled his eyes and started to say something else before his door opened. "You alright? You've been-" Margren paused. "What are you doing?"
Roblin jumped, falling off his bed and landing on his head. "Nothing." He got to his feet.
Madeline coughed softly, then quickly covered her mouth.
Roblin quickly broke into a coughing fit. Margren looked at him suspiciously. "Are you feeling alright?"
Madeline couldn't help but giggle.
Roblin 'accidentally' dropped a book, landing with a loud thump. "Perfectly fine." He said through clenched teeth. Margren moved to leave. "I'm hailing Elwin, just in case."
Roblin gave a weak smile, wanting her to get out of the room. Margren gave him one last look and closed the door. He slumped and kicked the bed. "You owe me!"
"Thanks." Madeline said. "But how am I gonna get to Foxfire?"
