ABANDONED. A YA book where girl meets alternate versions of herself from other dimensions?

I'm looking for a YA book that I read a recommendation for a few months ago. It was about a girl who met different versions of herself from alternate dimensions. She saw what her different lives were/could have been. I think it's a fairly newer book.
