Michelle | 11 comments I am part of LivingSpring Publishing, the new publisher of this recently re-published book. We now have our first review, but, somehow, it ended up under my rating. The book review author, Ben Thornber, also rated the book. Is is possible to move his review to beneath his rating?
Thanks,
Michelle Clement

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments Only the person that rates the book can change it.

There are two ratings users and Ben's, they look fine

Librarians have no control over individual users' reviews. If you are unable to edit yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Michelle | 11 comments Hi Rivka,

The issue is not about editing a review--there is no issue with the content. The question is the placement. Ben placed his review under my rating, rather than under his own.

Can no one else move it, other than the reviewer?

If not, what happens if I delete my rating? Does his review disappear?

Thanks for your help.

Melanie (mvalente89) | 2199 comments It looks like he posted his review as a comment on your rating, not as an actual review. So yes, if you delete your rating, the comment will disappear.

This sounds like an issue Support can best assist with, not librarians. The link is above.
