Sounds a lot like my idea about an eccentric time-traveler who causes trouble throughout history and is the child of a time traveler and someone from history. The differences are mine is a girl, she's Iranian-Egyptian(her mom was an Iranian scientist who helped invent the time travel technology and her dad was an Egyptian Pharaoh) and she has a super snarky time machine.

The time machine not only transports their owner to the period they wanted, but also give them matching clothes and translates their speech and other's speech if they're in another country.

For a few brief seconds I felt bad about it, but that feeling quickly left and I just felt relief that I wouldn't have to deal with him ever again.

My first block was probably on Star Wars The Old Republic. IDK. I don't use much social media.

I really love RPs where a couple I ship in a fandom end up getting married and raising a bunch of kids together, and they do all sorts of family things, and we RP the children growing from babies to toddlers to children to teenagers. I love thinking about which parent the kid is going to resemble physically and personality-wise.
Or just family-based RPs in general. I always want my characters to have a lot of kids because it's cute.
It's hard to find people who love the idea as much as I do though...

Mom was describing him acting as my baby brother, but he really doesn't. He wasn't really as funny as Mom was describing him either.
Really the only things I thought were amusing was him saying 'ride me like Rainbow Dash!' and 'nobody believes me when I brag about all of my sexual escapades on those forums! They all think I'm lying, can you believe that? I have had so many sexual partners, I can't even keep track of them anymore!! Because I'm such a charming guy and I know my way around," And: "You better let me out of here soon! There's no Internet or video games here! Nor is there any FUNimation! I want my anime figurines back! And I wanna eat too! I want a big slice of pizza with Mountain Dew spiked with blood when I get outta here, you got that, you little b*tch?!"

Not right now no.

Nice

That'd be interesting to see

It's so strange because normally I love the new Taylor songs and everyone else doesn't.

First of all, I don't intentionally seek those things out. A lot of times I have no idea they're in a product, so I end up reading it and coming across it and getting upset I wasn't warned.
If I come across it, I can never watch or read that product ever again, no matter how much I enjoyed it in spite of the content.
I hate RPing it and have only done it to move plots along, albeit very reluctantly. I've actually had RP partners yell at me for not letting abuse be a major plot point in their RPs, but there's no way I could handle an RP like that.
It seems to be a very popular plot point in a lot of stuff, hence why I sit down and just swallow it, but it still doesn't make me feel very comfortable. I always feel physically sick whenever I have to experience scenes like that.
People also say I'm not truly triggered by it because I don't have a mental breakdown or something when I see it, but it's not enough that I want to vomit when I see it?

That's ridiculous that people say those things. IMO there should be more specific content warnings in media. Instead of "violence" say what kind. Is it abuse? War? Terror? Brawls? Be specific so people know what they're getting themselves into, darn it!

In book reviews people usually don't tend to mention abuse unless it's a major plot point, but I'm sensitive to all forms, no matter how minor.

It just proves how scummy some people are and pushes me even further towards compassion and being polite and all tje things being trashed.
I've also never see. "libtards" harassing and silencing people with different opinions and cry about needing safe spaces. Almost as if they're being harassed and silenced for their opinions...

She was also one of the people who warmed me up to the idea of doing family-based RPs, as that's all ours is. It's been long-running for two years now.
I reminded her about the RP a few weeks ago, as she hadn't responded in a while.
She kept telling me she wouldn't abandon the RP for any reason, as we both have bad experiences with that and promised the other we wouldn't leave the other partner and never come back to the RP without any warning.
But I'm starting to wonder if she was just saying that.....
