A really horribly-written Harry Potter fanfic lol It spawned a bunch of memes, and it totally deserves all the ridicule it gets. But it's also so bad it's good, in my opinion. It's about a girl at Hogwarts who's sent back in time to seduce Voldermort because they believe if Voldermort fell in love he wouldn't turn into a villain. And the girl is extremely stereotypically gothic with red eyes, pale skin, black makeup, black leather clothes, dyed hair, and she's also a vampire. And she always listens to stuff like My Chemical Romance and slits her wrists.

People bash Rebels ((and the DIsney SW movies)) for being "feminist propaganda shoved up our butts by the money making machine of Disney that appeals to young kids and doesn't care about anyone else."
So...sending positive messages to girls is propaganda? Even when they don't even SAY those kinds of messages in the show? tHe girls kick butt because they're butt kickers and there isn't a speech about how even though they're girls they can do whatever they want?
Well I remember being upset because one anime reviewer I watched bashed Sailor Moon, saying her personality was terrible, annoying, and being unrelatable to teen girls. That hurt me since when I first watched Sailor Moon, I was really depressed and suicidal. But seeing a girl like that, who looked like me and acted just like me, was really inspiring to me and helped me get out of my depression. A lot of the characters in that show had backstories where they were bullied for something they couldn't control, something I could relate to. I had never seen that in a show before and it really spoke to me. The anime holds a special place in my heart, not just as the first one I watched but also as the show that potentially saved my life. Yes it can be cheesy and stupid sometimes, but if I hadn't seen it, well I probably wouldn't be here today. I'm sorry I know that was really random but I lost a lot of respect for that reviewer after he said that.

Oh, he did. He didn't like it as a kid, but instead of other reviewers where they go back and watch something they had strong feelings about as a kid to get a different view, he didn't. I don't really mind if people call it cheesy, because it is, but I don't like it when they go overboard and do stuff like insult the characters, since I actually feel like the characters, in a genera like that, are really strong.

I have like four or five shows of my own on Netflix I still have to finish, but I tend to get through them very slowly unless I'm hell-bent on finishing a series because I get very easily distracted when I'm watching stuff. So it's taken me forever to watch these shows. One of them I started two years ago.

A lot of people say I'm lucky to have so many people in my town who like anime and other fandom stuff, and I guess I am, but I don't really like to spend time with them because I don't like their attitude towards things. I remember my senior year there was a freshman girl in my study hall who always wore black baggy clothes and lots of silver jewelry. Once she found out I loved anime and bought a lot of clothes from Hot Topic, she immediately decided we were friends and started hanging out with me, but then she started to get upset when she realized the kind of person I was.
She didn't like how I was one of the most popular girls at school and a lot of my time was spent around the stereotypical preppy popular girls(they were even cheerleaders) She hated how I almost always wore pink and how I listened to pop music. She finally snapped when she saw me taking a Selfie in class one day and said: "Taking Selfies is one of the most self-absorbed things a person could ever do. I can't believe you would do something like that. I thought you were cool,"
And I put the camera down, looked her straight in the face and said: "I am cool. I just can't help it if my definition of cool doesn't fit yours. I do like anime and rock music and Hot Topic. But I also like pink, and pop music, and hanging out with my besties! If you can't handle that, then I'm sorry you're not cool enough for me," And went back to what I was doing.
From that day on she remained my friend, telling me I had 'balls' for saying such a thing and she learned to stop judging me so quickly.
People are ridiculous *SMH**I* have taken selfies! But only with other people or something on my face i wanted t photograph.
I take Selfies because I find it fun and because I look gorgeous! But she was mad because she associated that with the really popular kids whom she hated, and thought I was above that.

Reminds me of when meteorologists named a tropical storm Tropical Storm Don and Donald Trump supporters instantly complained, saying meteorologists were insulting them and The Weather Channel said the list of names currently used were made years ago, before Trump became president and I was like: "Jeezh, not EVERYTHING revolves around you Trump supporters!!!!"

And the funny thing is my dad WANTED Trump to be president. Maybe he's regretting his choice?
EIther way, it's frightening how many people hate the media and believe it's out to get Trump. It's their JOB to inform us of what's going on and that's exactly what they do. And they always include footage with the people being reported on speaking about the subject being reported on, so it's not like they're making up stories.
I remember seeing a cartoon of Trump saying "How dare the media record what I say and play it back word for word! VERY UNFAIR!" and i burst out laughing.
