~Look Down, You're Talking to Your Highness~[R]
Plus I have like....thirty something to do for myself still? I swear it's the only reason I'm updating most of these people haha
I know Coco, Caramel, and Momo are already updated but I want some for them too please!
Okay, I will try! Make me a list, why don't you? Maybe with any ideas you have for them and I'll do my best :) Maybe I should make a thread for this in the workshop lol so that I don't flood your journal all the time.
So for Momo: ancient Japanese things, like maybe chopsticks or a kimono, as well as fire?
Coco: the sun should definitely be one. Maybe some chocolate? And other punkish-related things.
Caramel: The moon is one, as well as caramel candy or any kind of candy. And then really colorful things, like pink hair ribbons or something.
I use Online Image Editor and round them as much as I can with a white border. It's tricky, but not too hard.
It does look really nice. I can't tell if I'd like that better or stick with my headers/ line dividers.
Personally I flop between the two, since sometimes the header images are just like, perfect for the character. Otherwise I like to do the bubbles because it has more personality.
Elizabeth- Question for you. You picked January and July for the month characters. You need one male and one female. Which is which.
My middle brother was really disobedient this morning and pretty much tore up all of downstairs when he was woken up to go to camp. Mom decided that that proved to her that she needs to send him and my baby brother to camp more often than she does now. So next week they'll go to camp for the entire week.
Yeah it actually woke me up really early this morning. If I hadn't gone to bed last night super early I would've been super mad at him.
I was already in a pattern of waking up then falling back asleep last night though. I guess I kept having nightmares or something(usually when I have nightmares I wake up from them automatically even if I can't remember them)
Maybe it has something to do with the fact I'm more aware of my dreams than other people are. Like I'm always aware of when I'm in a dream and thus nothing I do can hurt me or that everything isn't real. So maybe that's why I have more control over my nightmares too.
The first time I realized I was in a dream really scared me though lol It was super surreal. Like I literally stopped what I was doing in the dream and said to myself: "Wait, I'm in a dream now! None of this is real!"
I still can't actually control or change my dreams like other lucid dreamers can, but being aware I'm in one is still a lot more control than most people have over their dreams.
I have the weirdest dreams ever and I love telling people about them. I've been told they're all modeled after what I did or saw that day, which kinda makes sense I guess, but my mind still blows it up into the weirdest proportions.
Like one summer I had a day where I ate at Sonic(a burger) and played on a playground afterwards. That night, I had a dream about a post-apocalyptic world where monsters ran rampant, and they were made out of rotting hamburger meat and whoever touched their flesh would get turned into a monster too. The only survivors were me and one other boy and our fort was at an old abandoned playground. I also remember a scene of sliding down a slide and trying to run from one of the monsters lol.
Lol that sounds absolutely awesome. Most of mine are montages of ideas and movies and etc. that I've been thinking about that day.
I remember another dream was about my friends and I auditioning for a musical at school, but we were told we weren't 'into' the role enough. So we decided to research more about the musical's plot to get more inspired, only to end up in the story the musical was originally based on. It basically ended with my friends and I singing about how great it was to be an immigrant in the turn of the century lol. So yes, I had a dream that had singing in it. I have quite a lot of those.
Lol no way, that's awesome. Some of my dreams are musicals too, but usually they're like, to the tune of what I was listening to before I went to bed. Or the Phantom of the Opera.
Most of my dreams have some kind of historical setting. Nine times out of ten it's either Middle-Aged Europe or Victorian-era America. But I've also been in the 1950's, the Russian Empire, French Revolution, Victorian-era England, and the Revolutionary War. Usually there's something involving a princess or some kind of royalty or nobility. Sometimes I'm the princess, or a princess. I oftentimes have some kind of companion by my side. Most of the time I'm sent on a quest to go looking for something, usually an object or a person. Something gross almost always happens, whether that be having to eat or drink something gross, or getting covered in something gross, or someone pukes or does something else related to bodily fluids.
And...that's a pretty accurate sum-up of most of my dreams lol.
Even last night, I know one of my dreams involved a princess. But that's all I can remember.
If I have a nightmare with monsters or zombies or whatever I usually figure out quickly it's a dream and conjure a big weapon to slaughter my enemiesBut I also have realistic n8ghmares. Sometimes I'm like chased through the forest by a bear and usually come up with a way to get away or I just eake up. But often I'll dream of hurting my friends here and they dont want to be my friend. I usually wake up crying.
Wow dude that escalated quickly I haven't had a dream about hurting my friends since my boyfriend and I broke up.
