And the only reason I genuinely like Bleach is because of the characters, but I do agree with Mom that a lot of the fights are tedious, uninteresting, and go on for way too long though I think Kubo got a bit better at that as time went on

People are mad at this celebrity for making an ornament that says 'Our First Pandemic!' and I'm over here like 'me irl'

I want macaroni and cheese so bad! I'm horribly craving it and the stuff I get at the gas station isn't doing it for me anymore. I want the box macaroni and cheese, I want the thick and creamy kind and I also want the shells which are the best because they catch the cheese in their little 'bowls' so they taste divine but if I make a box I'll only eat three-fourths and then toss it! But I don't care anymore! I need it super badly!

Everyone says laughing is good for you, it staves off disease and depression, keeps you happy. Well then in that case, with how much I laugh I better live to be like 150 at least

Mom was watching TV earlier and I just heard a character screaming and breaking things and I asked if they were breaking furniture or having super aggressive sex and Mom was like: "Yes,"

Mom said some people probably think Gone with the Wind is glorifying the South because the main character wears the huge hoopskirts with her gowns and I'm like 'can these people not crack open a history book? that's what they wore back then, look at any photo of women from the 1860's and you'll see I'm right. Women in the North dressed like that, Victorian British women who had nothing to do with the Civil War dressed like that, it was definitely a more Western fashion as in some places like the Russian Empire they didn't dress like that but my point is that it's not glorifying anything if they're merely making the fashion historically correct! that's like saying a movie that takes place during WW2 is glorifying Nazis just because they're wearing uniforms!'

I've literally never heard that. It's all about downplaying slavery and the slaves being happy. Unlike Song of the South ((which is still racist)), GWTW is set when slavery is still legal

Mom and I treat it as historical fiction and the story of someone's life during those times. But some people said it glorifies the South because the main character dresses like that in the first half of the movie and I'm like '....that's fashion for the time....I don't even think Southern Belle when I see those clothes I think Victorian England'

According to her though there's really not any portrayals of slaves in it though, it's mainly just focused on the main character. She's seen it in its entirety and I haven't so

I haven't seen it but everything I've read says it treats the slaves as happy to be enslaved and they're too dumb to be independent while downplaying the horrors of slavery
I haven't seen it but everything I've read says it treats the slaves as happy to be enslaved and they're too dumb to be independent while downplaying the horrors of slaveryIf it was akin to 12 Years a Slave I think no one would have a problem with it ((except racists who are triggered by the fact it shows what slavery was really like but racists can screw off)) but it's not
Really? I haven't heard stuff like that. Mom was annoyed she couldn't find it on anything though and then said: "Maybe it's for the best, I don't want anyone thinking I'm some racist suburban white housewife akin to your dad's mom!"

Little Caesar's please stop making your pizzas actually look good because your stuff doesn't even taste good while high and that's how you know you messed-up

My Baby Brother: "Ugh this macaroni and cheese is gross!"
Me; badly craving it: "Let me have it! I need some!"
My baby brother: "It tastes gross,"
Me: "I can make it taste better, trust me,"
My baby brother: "Oh I threw it in the trash where it belongs!"
More people need to talk about the scene in Moana where the sea parts for her and she walks slowly to give the heart back to Te Fiti and sings that really beautiful song, no real reason why I just think it's one of the most beautiful scenes in animation I've ever seen

Mom told me yesterday she wants to watch Supernatural but she had trouble getting through it because normally she'd like something like that but she feels she'd like it more if she had someone to watch it with and discuss each episode with and I said I felt that way about Kakegurui, I know I'd likely really like it but I need someone to help me get through it because of my attention span and we decided on; I watch Supernatural with her and she watches Kakegurui with me

She'd find that funny and be like 'it's a show about angels and demons fighting each other it's not meant to be realistic nor serious'

I'm so excited, later on Mom is getting stuffed crust pizza and a chocolate-chip-cookie cake! And also breadsticks but I'm not a big fan of Pizza Hut's breadsticks

I am the same exact age as Corpse Husband and he's got all kinds of girls thirsting over him and meanwhile I can't eat without getting food on my clothes, I now truly know the meaning of the term 'doesn't it hurt when you see people living the life you wanna live' lol

You've never heard that theme? The show is about a talking dog and the song says she got that way because one day she ate alphabet soup and instead of going to her stomach it got lost and went to her brain instead so now she talks

Man, did I romanticize Chik-Fi-La chicken nuggets or what? I remember them tasting a lot sweeter and nicer, but these just taste watery and bitter. It's like discovering my sexuality

Before I didn't even need sauce for them because they were so good. Maybe it's because they aren't as fresh?

It's so ugly and plain! This is supposed to be a magical dress whipped up for the ball? She's really going to go with no accessories or anything done to her hair? I can understand them trying to do something different from the animated version so why not kid gloves and blue parure to match her dress; earrings necklace/choker bracelet and a tiara? The only thing I liked were the butterflies and I wish that was used in a more creative and beautiful way like two big bows one on her dress and one in her hair or something. And don't even get me started on the dress-ripping scene, her stepmother rips one sleeve and Cinderella is all like 'oh no now I can't go to the ball!' she ripped one sleeve, you know how to sew you made the dress yourself, why don't you fix it and just go in that? It's not like the animated version where her dress was literally ripped to shreds past repair! It's literally just one sleeve in this and it's not even ripped off her body, just slightly torn out of place! I was so surprised when people said her dress in this version was the most gorgeous thing they've ever seen, they must not see a lot of ball gowns because it's not, not by a long shot. And I'm not even mad it's not historically accurate nothing in that movie is; you got the stepfamily dressed in Victorian clothing patterned like it's the sixties mod period so I don't care about accuracy in something like this, in fact if you're not accurate it means you can make nicer-looking clothing designs so why the heck did you go with such a plain and uninspired design?

I know, right? That's exactly my point! And I don't want people to be like 'well it's live-action' that should give you even more freedom! You can make an incredibly detailed and beautiful dress!
