Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I've never watched the show so I have no clue, I just know what trends on TikTok in certain areas because I watch them

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments 'Soybutter tastes just like peanut butter!'

No the heck it does not

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Last night Mom and I were watching more Hypnosis Mic and I keep telling her about each city each group represents and last night was Shibuya and she was like 'oh we should visit there too!' then a few seconds later said 'so basically it's just yokohama that sucks and has nothing fun to do' and I said Yokohama isn't really meant for tourists lol I mean there's stuff to do there but it's mainly a business district, they keep boasting they're next to the ocean and I'm like 'but yokohama you're in a nation that's an island! almost all japanese cities are next to the ocean!' Though I'm surprised she implied she'd want to visit Shinjuku over Yokohama since Shinjuku is far more of a business district than Yokohama is, at least Yokohama has some cool stuff like the famous big Ferris wheel and they also have a huge Chinatown, Shinjuku is definitely more focused on business and one of the only things of interest there is the fact they have the busiest rail line in the entire country I think

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I wish I could get better at talking to my mom, as in she always leads me off on huge tangents barely related to what I wanted to say originally and then when our time is up I find I've only scratched the surface of everything I want to say and I don't know how to be less distracted

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments My middle brother got bracelets from Trick-or-Treating and he instantly gave them to me being like 'bracelets are for girls and I'm not a girl!' lol

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments It seems like the problem I've been having with my journal is one that's lasted for a while now and is already known to the site; it has to do with trying to edit topics with a lot of posts in them, and as of right now they have no clue when it'll get fixed. Well at least I managed to report it and get some answers back this time, it's better than having no answers at all

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments 'men having the audacity for seven minutes straight'

Finally a YouTube video for me

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments My baby brother unwrapped a PayDay that was literally nothing but nuts, not even the chocolate on top and I can't stop laughing at it, it was like one of those cursed food images

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Mom was watching a video on underrated sci-fi movies and she said there was one on the list she thought I would absolutely love and I started to get excited too and then she told me it was Heavy Metal which I had heard of before and I was slightly disappointed since not that I dislike stuff like that however the main reason I got into the super gritty and 'naughty' adult cartoons of the seventies and eighties was because Mom hates that stuff and never let me watch it so I got into them to try and convince her she's missing out on genuine history, like Ralph Balkshi(yes I know I spelled his last name wrong) I don't hate the stuff or anything, I find them a fascinating piece of animation history we'll likely never ever do again, however they're not something I'd personally seek out so I was a bit disappointed she was talking like this was some movie I was going to drop everything and watch. At least she sounded interested in it so that's a plus. The sheer fact I hadn't thought about it for a while though shows my interest level in it but I'll still watch it since it did sound intriguing just not really something I'd watch if it wasn't to convince Mom to watch it alongside me

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Me: "I did like the idea of her pretending to be a boy to escape marriage,"

Mom: "Who was her betrothed? Probably Prince John, or maybe the Sheriff of Nottingham,"

Me: "What makes you think she was betrothed to any of those?! She could've been her own character,"

Mom: "Because there's only one famous woman in the legend and that's Maid Marian,"

Me: "She wasn't Maid Marian though! Her name was actually Marian-oh."

Mom: "Exactly,"

Me: "Darn it!"

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I've been so moody lately and I have no clue why. Nothing out of the ordinary is really going on, I just feel really snappy and b*tchy towards everyone and I'm already sick of it

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments My baby brother drank the apple juice I put in the fridge specifically so I could drink it with my breakfast when I woke up and he was all like 'well i didn't know! jonathan went to the store so i thought he bought that for me!' How about you ASK then?! You ask him or you ask Mom or you even ask me even if I'm asleep! You already had a drink, you don't just assume everything is for you and consume it willy-nilly! For once he genuinely seemed upset but still. You ASK you don't just take! I always ask if I'm unsure about who something belongs to. So does my middle brother. Actually so does everyone in this family except you because you are selfish and you can't process anything five minutes from now so you automatically assume everything must be for you

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Someone said they still think the disease was purposefully made as a bio-weapon by Chinese scientists and then released into other nations and a Chinese person said that's stupid because if it was a bio-weapon the scientists wouldn't be dumb or self-destructive enough to release it on their own people and I'm like 'not that I think it is a bio-weapon, however....if I did make a disease to be used as a bio-weapon, I'd release it on my own people too to ward off suspicion. Because other countries would look at the one nation that seemed to not be sick at all, no reports of causalities or infections and they'd be super suspicious, right? So I'd release it into my nation and then spread it to others so in case any government officials questioned me I'd just be like "but my country got infected too! would a scientist really jeopardize their partners friends and family like that? no way, this is a completely natural occurrence!" of course there'd be no way to prove I was lying...but there'd be no way to prove I WASN'T lying either. I could even pin the blame on another nation that also wasn't as heavily-hit and drive the officials away'.

Moral of the story is, epidemiologists are secretly very scary

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I sometimes worry what this has done to me on a social scale, before I was always too over-enthusiastic when it came to trying to talk to other people but now I worry the sheer fact I haven't talked to anyone in real life aside from my family who I don't even see as actual social partners like ninety-percent of the time is going to put a huge damper on my social skills, like when I actually am able to go out again and see other people I'll either walk off in the middle of a conversation or start yelling at them in excitement and end up even more alienated than before

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments It's not like you've had a chance to interact with many people

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Even before I wasn't the best at it even though I acted like I was because I don't want people to make fun of me for it or consider me super socially anxious or anything. I'm worried I'll genuinely fall into bad social behavior similar to what I had when I was younger

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments 'dresses I'd give up my right to vote for'

Well if we find ourselves a time-machine-

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments Well, maybe we can practice when you get your mic

What dresses? :O

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I tend to be nicer to people online though, Mom says I'm nice online but mean offline

Half of them were Regency dresses but a lot of them were 1860's gowns

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments Still, any practice is better than none

From what country? for the 1860s

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Well it would be nice to hear your voice

Western Europe/America? That's what people automatically think of when they see gowns like that, either the Victorian Era, Civil War era, or royals like Empress Elizabeth of Austria-Hungary

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments 'I love kids'

Me too, I'm so glad to see someone else around my age admitting that, I always feel so left-out when I talk about my desire to do all kinds of kid-related stuff like wanting to help out at daycares and summer camps and such and people are always like 'ewww you actually wanna be around a bunch of screaming little brats?' like in my experience it's the kids ten and above who are screaming brats, the younger kids are usually the sweet ones, I guess because people like you aren't constantly crushing their hopes and dreams, like let me do what I want to do like darn, I'm not asking you to be the one to take care of them

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Me: *gets sick of this one repetitive song*

Me: *clicks another video*

Video: *has that same exact song except played on a different instrument*

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments Aww that actually made me smile.

I love kids. I just don't think I could be a responsible parent. I certainly don't have the money for one :D but my cousin has a toddler daughter and she's so sweet and precious and I love her every time I get to see her

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments That's why I'm responsible for other peoples' kids, Mom says I'm not allowed to become a parent until I move out lol

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments I think I've told you about when I babysat my cousin and she loved me right? Or maybe I didn't and just think I did :l

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments Just wanted to check before I told you :p

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Someone posted a picture of pink cookies that look like corsets and I wonder if Mom would make them for me, same with the strawberry chocolate chip cookies that are made from pink cake batter

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments It's interesting how this person manages to make so much aesthetic icons and pictures from all these different anime since I've seen a majority of these and there's nothing that looks super 'lo-fi' aesthetic-y like people my age like but this person achieves it so well even in shows I feel have nothing like that

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I remember a lamp I had for years that was white with fake jewels on the top and was also decorated with little molded angels on top of horses. It looked like a carousel. I thought of it since I saw photos of similar lamps and it made me remember, I loved that lamp because it was beautiful but also unique. It was the first time in my life I genuinely felt like I had something 'normal' that other girls would want and it's a feeling I want to get back, the feeling of being like a normal girl

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments I thought you saw yourself as more of a "normal" girl and were scorned for liking pink, cutesy stuff?

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments There's some girly-girls, they're just not as prevalent I guess because of how they're perceived

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I saw someone talking about how they had to go to work once with a high fever because they were told they'd be fired if they didn't go into work and they didn't have any support if they did lose their job so they had to go to work and stuff like that makes me nervous about having a job, at least they were able to actually work, I'll admit a lot of times I say I feel sick or am in pain when I know there's nothing actually wrong with me, I just like to complain, but the few times I do get genuinely sick I wouldn't even be able to get out of bed. Even colds cause me so much pain I can hardly blink. So I wouldn't even be able to tell anyone I was sick until after that fact and if I found out I got fired...I don't even know what I would do. The one job I'd be willing to get...it's why I'm trying to get a job where I know I'd have a support network of some kind, whether it be family friends or other people close to me in the hopes they'll prevent something like that happening to me since they know I'm a genuinely hard worker so I shouldn't be fired over the one time I legit couldn't come in

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments My middle brother got twenty different TV dinners and a bunch of desserts and ate almost all of it in one night...I genuinely literally think I am going to throw up at just the mere thought of that

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Mom was telling me about some guy who sent a picture of his butt to one of his friends and said it was a girl's and his friend jerked off to it and everyone laughed about it and she was like 'what if some girl did that to a gay guy would people laugh at that then?' and I literally had no answer because what am I supposed to say to that lol

Reminds me of a pic where someone sent a zoomed in picture of Gordon Ramsey's forehead

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments That just reminds me of the shrunken-face Mitt Romney

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Does chewing mints help with nausea? I think I read that somewhere and mint tea helps and so does mint in general so I thought it made sense. Though maybe I should've gotten actual mints to chew and not Mentos

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments 'But wait wouldn't washing our hands and wearing masks a lot also cut down on the people getting sick from the flu and colds?'

Yeah it's almost as if being super hygienic and sanitary helps cut down on infectious diseases, something humanity has been struggling for centuries to properly understand and has been scientifically proven again and again and again that just washing your hands is often enough to prevent even super deadly diseases like cholera and typhoid and tuberculosis and huge outbreaks of famous diseases usually were in areas that weren't clean and sanitary for one reason or another

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments ANd making sure if you ARE sick to not be around other people that can catch the illness from you

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I think that just depends on the disease itself, like I was telling Mom about how popular it was during the Victorian Era to quarantine people who lived in areas prone to cholera so they couldn't spread it to others and she was like 'did that even work?' and I said 'of course not! you don't get cholera from other people!' the only thing you have to watch out for is if someone sick with cholera makes you food that'll get you sick too, and some cholera-infected do not show symptoms at all but still spread it, but still, I feel like isolating those people will do very little and it did. Same with typhoid. Those diseases just spread as fast as they did because back when they were more prevalent in the West sanitation and clean drinking water weren't as wide-spread as they are now

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments We just gotta move to Greenland and shut down the ports :P

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments I will never forget when I designed a disease to be just like cholera and I infected Greenland, proudest moment lol

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments I usually start in Saudi Arabia or Russia. Russia is one o the few places that sends boasts to Greenland ((and you'll already be resistant to cold)) and Saudi Arabia sends planes to any country with an airport, thus you can quickly get to Russia and then Greenland

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Actually I almost won that game too but I lost at the last second since there was still one scientist left and they developed a cure which made me mad, but otherwise I did a good job. I named it 'Cholera' and gave it vomiting and diarrhea as symptoms, I think I gave it another one but I can't remember what, probably as close as I could get to leg/stomach cramps since they're also actual signs, I made it thrive in both hot and cold temperatures, and also made it travel in water and spread easily through water. I also started it in India because cholera was discovered there and was introduced to Central Asia and the Russian Empire, and then to Europe and then to the world as a whole during religious pilgrimages. It can live all over the world now in reality but it originally came from India. As I said I was so proud of myself lol

Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) (codenameagentmcmuffin) | 8243 comments Which plague was it?

Ouch. Usually when I'm about to win, the estimated time for the cure skyrockets to 10-20+ years since people are dying so fast :P

Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ (pinkhairedwannabe) | 16707 comments Spread by water is good since it'll be easier to get to nations with ports just like in real life
