I don't know, I guess one of his teachers checked him in
There are so many nice apartments downtown I want to live in, like this one only a few minutes away from the library that's huge with its own tech space and all of the rooms have balconies and I really want to live there. Living in a college town is good because it means there's huge stretches of time where apartments and houses just don't have anyone living in them and people are always moving around and away, so there'll always be a house available
How much is it though??

Well duh I have no money right now
I can't find anything less than $600 which is a little over half of what I make in a month!And people wonder why I still love at home
I started actually trying to get a job because my middle brother who's the laziest sack of potatoes I've ever seen in my life is actually volunteering around town because he's been given job offers from several places and wants to see which one he likes best and I feel extremely inferior in comparison. Also jealous because Mom helped him out but whenever I ask her she's just like 'you can figure it out yourself'

My middle brother came home with a packet that said the school might close down due to chronavirius and I said: “They get to stay home but when swine flu happened I still had to go to school! They just sent home a paper that told us to not come to school if we experience these symptoms but otherwise we still had to go!”
I thought of this one time when I was little and we were at the store and in the electronics section they had a trial for some guitar game and obviously some kids were in line wanting to play it. I wanted to watch and asked my parents to please let me watch and they eventually relented because they’d only be a few aisles down and told me to find them afterwards. I watched and after this one boy did a poor job playing this other boy came up and started playing extremely well, he even shredded and got on his knees and everything and he managed to draw a huge crowd. Then afterwards he genuinely looked surprised that there were people watching at all
I sent in my volunteer application for the library the other day and they say they'll get back to you within two-three business days but I assumed they'd just tell me no just like the last few times I tried to volunteer Literally twenty minutes later someone emailed me basically offering me the perfect volunteer job????
They must have been heckin impressed!!
Mom said they were desperate for volunteers lol
Either way you're having more luck than me :p they say "We'll get back to you!" and then they never say anything ever again

Because I wanted to volunteer? I heard somewhere they do pay you though but I don't know if that's still true or not

I told Mom our state is really big so that doesn't necessarily mean it's in our city and she was like 'you don't know that!'
My brothers don’t have school tomorrow Again they never did this for swine flu! We just got a paper that said ‘don’t come to school if you have these symptoms!’ We stopped class to be educated about the symptoms and preventive measures but that was it. We still had to go to school
And now Mom is telling me that I can’t go to the library over break. I told her I’m not worried and that she can’t forcefully barricade me in the house and she was like ‘well the police can!’ And I told her this isn’t a horror novel it’s real life and the police won’t barricade me in because this isn’t an actual government-issued quarantine. She says I need to stop thinking it’s so funny and I said I don’t think it’s funny, I just think we’re taking things way too far for something we’re not even going to remember or care about come this time next month, and she put her foot down anyway and said I’m not going anywhere for the rest of the month and now I’m ticked off. She can’t seriously expect me to stay here cooped up for a whole month with my annoying brothers being here constantly too, can she?!
Mom’s put three bars of soap on both sinks in the house and said she’ll monitor us constantly to be sure we’re washing our hands every few hours. I took a shower earlier and she was like ‘you better be washing your hands in that shower too!’
W-wouldnt the body wash be washing your hands-?
I think she means scrubbing the hands like you’re under a sink
Someone came over earlier and gave us a ton of snack food like popcorn and cereal and hot chocolate

One thing I've always wanted to try doing is being a stand-up comedian, I don't know if I'd be good at it but you never know until you try. Except part of me doesn't really want to be one because I'd be a female stand-up comedian and all the ones I know of made their livings by basically just making jokes about men and how much they suck. There's nothing wrong with that at all, one could get a lot of jokes out of it, that's just not something I'd really want to do but I'd be worried about not being taken seriously at all because I don't wanna make fun of men. Pretty much everything I want to make jokes about I basically feel like I can't because I'm a girl. Like maybe I don't wanna make jokes about men being annoying, maybe I want to riff on the fact I was supposed to be a gay man; I'm flamboyant, super girly, love makeup and huge poofy dresses, I make my voice higher than it normally is, love musicals, actually am gay, but then God accidentally slapped a pair of boobs on me and was like 'whoops. oh well this won't affect her life in any major way just roll with it'

I remember when I once told Mom her grilled cheese is the best I’ve ever had, no other grilled cheese has ever come close and she asked why because grilled cheese is one of the easiest things to make and I said because she makes hers with love
My baby brother is at it again, he broke our second pair of headphones we've only had for a few months and Mom likely can't get any new ones for a while so we all have to share the singular good pair
I randomly remembered this one time when I was using the bathroom at the library and I was trying to adjust my thigh-highs in the mirror using the counters and a woman came in and was like 'you're not supposed to be in here' and I was like 'yeah I am I'm a girl' and then they were quiet for a few seconds before saying 'oh I'm terribly sorry it looks like I'm in the wrong room' and then left

My brothers had to go do their schoolwork earlier and I once again am envious that they are getting to be productive while I have to sit here in my room and do nothing. I went to bed at eight this morning and didn't wake up until two in the afternoon. I hate living like this, I need to be kept and busy and do something!
I hate when I'm just trying to mind my own business and get some food from the church groups around here and then they start trying to ask me about God like listen I'm just here because I'm poor white trash my thoughts on religion are none of your business and if you stopped to consider other people's thoughts and not just your own you'd see that a majority of religions all share the same basic principal of being a good person to yourself, to other people, to other creatures, to the world around you in general
