When I become an author the one question I'm not looking forward to answering at all is when they ask me what song I listened to to help me visualize the moods of certain scenes better because I will never be ready to admit I listened to Black Beatles on a repeated loop as I worked on a really harrowing and important death scene

A song from Melanie Martinez's K-12 album about eating disorders and I have no clue why she thought it was a meme; she heard me singing it but didn't pay attention to any other lyric aside from 'orange juice' and thought I saw it in a crack video about Hajime drinking orange juice

I'm now begging on my knees for this same group to do The Stand but as a musical. The one for IT is evidently a really tongue-in-cheek one that's super reminsicant to me of the Danganronpa musicals. I'd die if they ever made one for The Stand, I can just picture all the main characters singing about how they were really important before the pandemic and Stu's just like 'and I'm a regular kinda guy with nothing special about me at al!!' to some stereotypical country music backing

Mom and I watched The Black Cauldron because she’s never seen it and I was excited for her to since she really loves the book series it was based on but she said it was one of the worst if not the worst Disney movies she’s ever seen so RIP I guess lol

Mom was supposed to get the book she ordered for me a few days ago when it arrived at the bookstore and it’s now Sunday and she still hasn’t. She’s trying to play the ‘oh I just can’t wake up in time’ card. Then start going to bed at a regular time! Or make me go! This is my late Christmas present because I couldn’t get it on Christmas; I was actually supposed to get it way back in September but I wasn’t able to. Why can’t she just suck it up for one measly day and get me my overdue gift? She’s starting to act like her best friend when it comes to doing stuff and she hates it when her best friend does stuff like this but I guess it’s okay for her to do it

They were referring to her wearing a dress while she was executed. Now I’m not claiming to be an expert on her or anything because I really don’t know anything about her however I’m pretty sure she chose that outfit on purpose in defiance

From what I recall because believe me I am not going to go find the post again they said she was forced to wear the dress because the English couldn’t bare the thought of burning her ‘as she truly was’ so they put a dress on her so they could feel comfortable about burning a woman alive and not giving her the satisfaction she craved of dying as a man

If people want to read about a real figure who I truly do believe is trans, I read about this British doctor once and unfortunately I can’t remember his name at allHe lived a really typical noble life for the time and was on-duty in many battles and even married his best female friend. However an autopsy revealed he had a female body, even with stretchmarks indicating a pregnancy at some point. Yes he dressed as a man, but I consider him trans as he even legally changed his name to a male one, referred to himself as a man, even as a child expressed a certain and great displeasure with his current body. If surgery existed at the time I have no doubt he would’ve partaken in it. Not to mention that his closest friend and caretaker at the time was legit mindblown to discover he was born female; as they lived in very close proximity and he even died of an intestinal disease yet managed to conceal his gender. I don’t even think his own wife knew. That is someone whom I’d consider to be trans in the modern understanding of the word.
I could be getting some facts wrong because I only read about him once on accident while reading about a crossdressing female doctor who was arrested for marrying her female best friend, but the important stuff is there. I just wish I could remember his name because it feels like it was something super British
