Well yeah but there's no Selective Service for women :P so the possibility doesn't exist even if you're fine with it

Okay it was just a Steins;Gate joke because a major plot point is one of the timelines ending in WW3. The sequel actually explores that timeline in further detail lol
And the video I was watching was my favourite scene from Steins;Gate which happens in the WW3 timeline
So I made my mom watch Hazbin Hotel too because I thought she’d like it and:ELIZABETH!
What?
Do you know nothing about your mother?! That entire thing was the HOTTEST FUCKING THING I HAVE EVER WATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS WHAT ADULT ANIMATION SHOULD BE!!!!!!!
And the character design was SMOKIN!!!!! I WANT TO WATCH IT TWENTY THOUSAND MORE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!!!!!!! I WILL MAKE FANART AND PLUSHIES OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mom expanded on what she said by adding she thinks this sort of thing is even better than anime because she actually likes well-done raunchy humor, but even animes which pride themselves on being super raunchy and sexual and dirty are actually pretty innocent and tame. I found myself agreeing with her, as I'd love to see an anime with really gross adult humor, like people puking on the camera and stuff like that. I actively search for stuff like that and the closest I've ever gotten is Hetalia, with scenes like people sneezing food onto the 'camera' and heavily implied sex scenes, but even that has been toned down in the manga over the years
Mom said as a cosplayer you should play to your strengths and choose a character you resemble heavily and I asked her who I resembled then expecting her to say someone really ugly as a joke but she said I'd make a perfect Crocell from Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun and I was greatly flattered because I think she's cute

People need to start cosplaying Steins;Gate, there is a perfect opportunity to do that 'hey i was a trap but now i'm a really masculine guy' cut that TikTokers love to do, get on it
In this new decade, can we all please make an agreement to stop calling books pro-imperialism just because they just happen to take place in an empire? That's like saying a book is pro-capitalism just because it takes place in America and that's not been the case recently. A book is only pro-imperialism if it genuinely puts forth the idea that having such ideas are good and beneficial to certain nations, like this one English book I read from the late-1800's that was written as a response to Imperial Russia giving up one of its owned territories; Alaska, to the United States, and the book scolded Russia for that action, praising its dominance over the Eastern European/Central Asian geopolitical sphere and saying it was the duty of Russia to 'liberate' these 'backwards' nations and civilize them because 'Russians are white, surely they know what they're doing; it is the will of the white man to help out those lesser peoples' Simply taking place in an empire doesn't make it pro-imperialism and people really need to stop it. That word is thrown around so much I'm beginning to think nobody actually knows what it means anymore
I've never heard of that but that sounds stupid. that's like calling Star Wars pro.Empirealso Russia willingly sold Alaska because they didn't have much use for it. Not much sinisterness
Oh the book went into other 'terrible' things Russia had done, like giving Lithuania part of Prussia and allowing ethnic Georgians to live in luxury. The author was basically like 'Russia doesn't understand how to treat its countries, it's just promoting the lazy, draining behavior of its colonies!' Yeah that book was really gross now that I think about it again lol
Mom: "He killed a prominent Iranian leader, which was a stupid thing to do. World wars have been started over lesser," Me: "Mom, World War 1 literally started over a guy getting killed!"
Since I myself actually am an imperialist I feel like I have to call a lot of beliefs like that racist and outdated and gross because they are lol
"Le shrug*As I said last night I think the very idea of nation states is stupid and we should unite as a species :p fighting over whose patch of dirt is the best is dumb
I keep expecting you to come on here and tell me WW1 wasn't actually starting by Archduke Ferdinad's assassination and that it's a common misconception that it did lol
That doesn't make sense though :p why would I of all people think that? This shall go in the Book of Grudges!!
Sometimes I say something about history and you're like 'well actually that's not true' :P I'm not making fun of you
My baby brother really needs to stop coming to me and going on and on about how much he hates changing in the locker rooms, like so? What am I supposed to do about it? It's not my fault your friends laugh at you for having fake shoes or a small penis. Drop a dumbbell on their foot and break it or something I don't know what to tell you dude
My mom can sleep through most things but the one thing that will always make her stir loudly in bed is someone quietly opening up a soda can from the other side of the house
Mom: “Well of course he’s hot, all Sith Lords are!”Me and my baby brother simultaneously: “What about Darth Maul?”
“Not Emperor Palpatine!”
What is with series being set in Victorian England and making the song London Bridge as creepy as they possibly can. I've heard three different renditions of London Bridge from three different series, and all three times it was played for a really negative scene so now I'm terrified of that song lol

*Count Dooku wants to know your location*
Also I want context :P

My baby brother said Kylo Ren is really attractive and that was Mom's response, to say all Sith Lords are lol
Mom was telling me a story her Australian friend told her once when she saw her sister cleaning up the house and her sister accidentally vacuumed up a brown recluse and they heard the spider angrily thumping inside the vacuum as it tried to get out because of how large it was and I was literally like 'why would you tell me such a horrible thing'
Kylo ain't a Sith :p he says so in the movie. although he's a better Sith than Vader ever was0-0 that's one of the most horrifying things I've ever heard in my life

It's also a reference to that one meme that says 'gonna tell my kids this was *insert something famous here*' and it's a picture of some random celebrity
