I had no idea my music started playing again on Spotify I just thought it was a super long ad

Yeah most of the ads on Spotify don't even have spekaing. It's just music which is really, really weird.
Well the song playing was one I hear in commercials a lot lol
Anyway for Christmas I just got a Frozen 2 calendar and a set of Christmas pajamas that are really nerdy because they look like an elf outfit. Mom said she wanted to emulate those family Christmas portraits where the whole family dressed up and I asked her why only I got one then and why I had to be a nerdy elf
The commercials I get on Spotify are usually for stores around town like I keep getting the same Kroger ad over and over again
Nerdy elf sounds kinda cute nglI've recently mostly been getting ads telling me to buy lottery scratchers to give as a holiday gift to "avoid disappointment" and "save the stress of finding a parking spot"

At least A Dose of Buckley said this is going to be the last time they do a Top Ten Worst Songs of that respective decade. I can no longer hate-watch him. That argument is in so many of my fandoms at this point that every time I see a crossdresser of either gender I’m just like ‘same stuff different day’The only thing that fuels me is the fact almost all of these characters are shown as adults at the end of their series and they grew up to be either a super feminine woman or a super masculine man and seem absolutely confident in their gender by that point and it fuels me to know it rubs people who think they’re trans the wrong way because those characters all canonically crossdress for legit reasons and many are uncomfortable posing as the opposite gender but feel they must
I can only think of two active crossdressers and I'm not even sure why one of them does it.Both boys. I guess because it's become more accepted for girls to wear "guy" clothing so it's no longer seen as crossdressing.
I’ve seen several girls in my fandoms who crossdress usually because they’re forced to because of societal/family pressures. And some of them aren’t happy about it at all

My mom is proud of herself for finally discovering a trap character in anime she likes so now she has one to hold over my head and obsess over in comparison to all the ones I like and I looked into it and I was literally like: “No wonder you like him Mom, he barely qualifies as a trap. You can’t even like a trap properly!”

My mom never calls herself an eighties kid because of that reason. She remembers a lot of stuff from the decade especially the end of it, but she was a child for the whole decade thus she didn’t really ‘experience’ it. She is firmly a nineties kid
yeah like as I've been watching Mr Enter's Nick-O-Rama, even the 2000s shows I hardly remember. Aside from Spongebob, Fairly Odd Parents and Avatar I can only remember minuscule details from the shows he's talked about thus far.Disney shows from the early 2000s are the same way. i remember them but i don't remember them.

A few people on the Internet already see me as a really inspiring icon for younger LBGT teens and it gets on my nerves when people tell me I shouldn't help out those people because it's wrong or I'm only encouraging their political agenda when I don't even do anything major half of the time. Like I genuinely hate people who are just pretending to be LGBT because they think they'll get special attention or because it's cool or because they think they'll be shunned or bullied if they aren't, but the people I talk to are genuinely certain they are LGBT; they either aren't sure where they properly fall or they do know but need more encouragement to be comfortable about it. Harassing people like that is exactly why the LGBT community isn't taken as seriously. We're making fun of unsure teenagers who really do not need more of that. Just leave me alone and let me do what I'm doing. I don't even know why these teenagers keep coming to me for guidance but they do and I'm not going to let anything bad be said about them under my watch

My mom made me watch them religiously when I was a toddler and they're permanently etched into my sub-conscious even today lol But I've never met anyone my age who watched them or maybe they did but don't remember watching them, but I don't know anyone who genuinely did watch them or had younger siblings who did

I loved Blue’s Clues but that was when I was a little bit older
Specifically Spies in Disguise but I also felt that way when a lot of people praised that live-action kid King Arthur movie that came out last January
I would watch Blue's Clues by myself up until like, the fourth grade. it wasn't me seeing it while my little siblings watched. no, it was me watching :pI think that movie looks...really dumb. But I don't really care if someone else enjoys it. Though stuff like that I feel is part of why I've grown more attached to anime lately.
