Oh just a Thanksgiving dinner some people in our community are holding. We went a few years ago. They basically serve dinner and play Bingo with some actually cool prizes. I don't have an issue with going, I just forgot that was tonight

I was watching this video about this direct-to-DVD movie that failed hardcore and went into the comments to see if there was anything funny and I clicked off after I saw about 75% of them were just stuff like 'this movie failed because no true fan of the original game wanted to see a female in the lead, the whole point of the game is the fact you're a tough masculine dude!' Like I'm pretty sure the point of the game was to emphasis the horror, dread, and isolation of your situation and the urgency. Given the time period it came out in the first-person graphics were revolutionary and I'm pretty sure you were only a dude because you were intended to be a Marine but alright comment section go off I guess

I'm a bit disappointed that Harley Quinn thing will be a series, I was honestly hoping it was going to be an actual movie so we could finally get an animated R-rated movie in theaters that would've been successful because it's Harley Quinn but instead it's just a TV show

It legit did look awful, and those comments were uncalled for anyway because the reviewer never even mentioned the movie sucked because the main character was a girl. He just complained about her being boring and flat and uninteresting, which had nothing to do with her gender. Men can be flat and boring and uninteresting too and if that had been the case here he still would've said that

My mom was the first person in our group to win at Bingo and my baby brother was so upset lol

I am fully aware that I never actually ended up doing those anime Sagittarius oneshots that I promised myself I’d do all throughout this month and I’d like to say that because I got too busy I couldn’t do them but the real reason is just simply because I feel like a lot of those characters aren’t appreciated in their fandoms and thus nobody is looking for stuff on them, a huge majority of the characters I cannot write or don’t feel confident enough in writing, and literally the only idea I had for any of them was ‘hey let’s write about them celebrating their birthday with their friends!’ But I felt that would get super repetitive and some of them are in circumstances or situations that would make celebrating their birthdays a bit difficult. A teensy-tiny part of me still wants to do it anyway throughout all of next year maybe to make up for it since ironically most of them tend to be my favorite character in that specific series but I know ultimately I likely never will because that project just seems like far more trouble than it’s worth

98% of apocalyptic stories start with the main characters getting into strange situations and worrying over #firstworldproblems that will soon become extremely irrelevant over the course of the actual story but nobody is ready to have that discussion yet
You know...I don't think I've seen much apocalyptic fiction. Post apocalyptic yes but not "Holy frick the world is ending as we lay witness"

I saw someone make a list of what she considered to be the best horror movies from the 2000’s decade and I honestly really liked her video simply because that decade is made a mockery by horror fanatics and I appreciated her standing up for her faves and even saying she felt it was a very influential decade for horror in general, but she still admitted that a lot of movies on the list weren’t objectively the best but still had their merits. And looking at her choices you can tell how iconic and influential a lot of those films were for the decade that came after. And it all started because someone went on a rant calling her opinion ‘trash’ and saying that was the worst decade for horror movies by far and you know I will always admire people who stand by their opinions even when given comments like those

Mom said that dreams are almost always literal in their meanings no matter who you are because I told her my dreams are just pointless nonsense that tell a story and I tried to figure it out with the dream I had last night, was trying to tell me and so far I’ve come up with nothing

I remember having to make cupcakes for a contest that was themed. But a lot of the ingredients were spoiled or watery
Maybe it has something to do with the fic and you worrying it won't be good enough for the audience?
I remember I still made a cupcake though and people liked it because I managed to make the best of the ingredients that I had
I felt extremely nauseous from what I ate last night and then I learned it hadn’t even digested yet because when I ate breakfast I started to feel extremely nauseous again even though I ate something that normally doesn’t make me feel sick at all so now I’m stuck laying around in agony because of how badly my stomach hurts for like no reason at all
